Mental Toughness Consultation (Virtual)

Your skills will get you to a high level, but your mental toughness and character can turn you into a champion.

Mental Toughness is one of the most neglected parts of athletic training but without a doubt the most important.  

MTC is a one on one consultation where our students learn about Emotional Intelligence, Visualization, Resiliency, and how to conquer Adversity.

Cost:

Initial Consultation - $190 for 60 Minutes

Follow up Consultations $95 for 30 Minutes / $50 for 15 Minutes

Consultations will be booked at a time agreed upon by the student and Coach James Galanis. The minimum age requirement is 10.
