Universal Soccer Academy, based in Southampton, New Jersey, seeks qualified and passionate youth coaches to join our team. We are looking for coaches who are motivated, adaptable and enjoy working with players of all abilities.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have playing and coaching experience and be willing to follow our proven curriculum. We expect our coaches to attend our in-house coaching education programs and obtain USSF coaching certifications.

• Position Available - We are looking for coaches who are passionate about the game and who have a strong track record of success in coaching and developing young players. Candidates should have a high level of playing and coaching experience and be willing to follow our proven curriculum. Our coaches are also expected to attend our in-house coaching education programs and gain USSF Coaching Certifications.
• Position Available - Youth Goalkeeper Coach will oversee our goalkeepers' training and development and will work closely with our technical staff to ensure that our players receive the best possible instruction. 
• Position Available - Physical Fitness Coach will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fitness programs for our players and will work closely with our technical staff to ensure that our players are in top physical condition.
