The winter, spring, and summer phases of the program focus heavily on developing individual skills, and the fall phase includes games that allow students to transfer their skills into game-like situations.

In addition to on-the-field training, PDP includes mental toughness and tactical awareness training to help students develop the mental and character skills needed to succeed as a soccer players. These sessions are designed to help students understand the principles of defending and attacking, as well as the characteristics of each playing position.

To be accepted into the PDP, players must undergo an evaluation process to ensure that they have a solid foundation of soccer skills.

The PDP is a great opportunity for young soccer players looking to take their game to the next level. If you are an ambitious player looking for a world-class training program to improve your individual skills and reach your full potential, PDP may be the right choice. Apply Now!

Curriculum

Winter (7 sessions)

During the winter phase of the PDP, students focus on developing their ball-handling skills. This includes juggling, dribbling, foot skills, and turns, with the goal of helping students become more comfortable in congested areas of the field. By practicing these essential ball-handling skills, students will be better equipped to handle the ball with confidence and control, which is essential for success on the soccer field.

Spring (12 Sessions)

During the spring phase of the PDP, students improve their 1st touch with different parts of their body, such as the laces, inside foot, thighs, and chest. In addition to working on their first touch, students in the PDP also develop their 1v1 skills. This includes being placed in multiple 1v1 situations where they are taught how to effectively defend and attack when facing a single opponent.

Summer (3 Weeks of Camp)

During the summer camp phase of the PDP, students continue advancing the skills they have developed during the winter and spring phases of the program. Students spend time learning how to pass the ball with accuracy and creativity using different techniques, such as inside the foot, outside of the foot, chips, and long-range passes.  In addition to working on their distribution skills, students in the PDP also develop their shooting skills and ability to score goals when near the goal. This includes learning how to score with power, accuracy, and deceptiveness.

Fall (12 Sessions)

During the fall phase of the PDP, students participate in micro-games designed to help them transfer their skills into game-like situations and improve their tactical awareness without the ball. These games are designed to help students practice their skills and tactics in a more controlled environment, allowing them to focus on specific aspects of their game.

Seminars

As part of the PDP, students get the unique opportunity to participate in seminars on various topics designed to help them develop the mental and character skills needed to succeed as soccer players. These seminars include:

The 5 Pillars of a Champion: This seminar teaches students about the 5 pillars essential to a champion athlete, including the importance of Technical, Tactical, Physical, Mental, and Character development.

Habits of Champion: This seminar focuses on the on and off-the-field habits needed to be an effective athlete, such as maintaining a positive attitude, practicing good sportsmanship, and being committed to continuous improvement.

Tactical Awareness: This seminar helps students learn the characteristics of each playing position and the principles of defending and attacking. Students learn about the roles and responsibilities of each position, as well as the strategies and tactics used in different parts of the field.
